Known Issue
DMF and Message plug-ins such as the Open With..., which ships standard with version 7.10.5021 or later, do not currently support language variations or localisation so their right-click menu options display only in the language they were created in (usually English) regardless of the language setting under Options.
Workaround
If not required, the plug-in can be uninstalled via Control Panel or in the case of Open With... removed by simply deleting the associated folder under C:\Program Files\MacroView\DMF\Extensions\MacroView.
