MacroView ClauseBank generates a trace files which capture information about any errors that may occur. When reporting an issue it is useful if an information level trace file is also provided.
Information level logging can be set from within the MacroView ClauseBank client by selecting Options > Advanced > Trace Level and then resetting the drop down from Exception to Information.
To produce a trace file, logout and log back in then attempt the process that triggered the issue again.
Then forward all generated trace log files which will be located in the %AppData%\MacroView ClauseBank\Tracing folder with the file name ErrorTrace-[date].txt
Note: Information level logging should be used sparingly in a shared disk environment such Citrix and Remote Desktop services.
