How do I submit a support request?

Submit a request from Help Centre

If you sign in to the Help Centre, and your account permits submitting new requests directly, you can raise a new support request using Submit a request link either:

Adjacent to your account button in the top right of the page:

Or at the bottom of any knowledge article or page:

Submit a request via email

If you are not signed into the Help Centre or your account does not allow submitting requests directly you can still raise a new support request by emailing support@macroview.com.au
