When troubleshooting more complex issues in MacroView products in your particular environment, our support team may request that you capture and supply a Fiddler trace to assist with the investigation.
Fiddler trace files capture all http network traffic as you reproduce the the issue being reported.
To capture a Fiddler log file
You can download Fiddler and get instructions on its use from http://www.telerik.com/download/fiddler.
To ensure that the logs don’t contain excessive requests close all browser sessions beforehand.
Please save the generated files as a ‘saz’ file type and forward them to the MacroView support team.
