Subscription options
There are two license options for MacroView Mail - Free or Corporate.
To view information on your current license status see License Information
Free
MacroView Mail is free to save up to 15 emails per 30 days to SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365), OneDrive for Business or Microsoft Teams.
The free license also allows you to insert an unlimited number of files as attachments or links from SharePoint Online (Microsoft 365), OneDrive for Business or Microsoft Teams when using Outlook Web Access (OWA) or the Outlook rich client.
The number of remaining saves available in the current 30 day period is shown at the bottom of the screen when saving an email.
Each 30 day period commences from when the first email is saved and resets every 30 days. Once the 15 saves have been consumed you will not be able to save further emails until that 30 day period has elapsed or a corporate license is obtained.
The free license includes basic support which includes access to information on the MacroView Help Center.
Organisations or individuals that require the ability to save unlimited numbers of files can obtain a MacroView Mail Corporate license by contacting MacroView Services.
