When saving and inserting files with MacroView Mail you can use search to quickly find the files or locations you are looking for rather than selecting a favorite or recent file or location, or browsing the sites and libraries.
When either the Select where to save or Select attachment screens is displayed, click in the Search box and enter the text to search on, then hit enter.
Matching locations or files will be returned.
From the resulting locations, you can then drill-down further or click the disk icon to save to that location.
If you have searched for files, you can click the three dots to the right of the file to select whether to insert it as an attachment or a link, or you can just click the file name to use the default insert option defined in the MacroView Mail Settings.
