Saving an email with even less clicks
If your organisation has an Enterprise License for MacroView Mail you can configure MacroView Corporate Email Filing rules under settings so that the save location is automatically selected by default for emails matching a rule.
When an email matches a rule, its save location is selected automatically and MacroView Mail takes the user directly to the Properties pane so emails can be save with a single click.
If you want to save the email to a different location you can page back from the properties page and select an alternate location.
